Fresh Eyes.
Fresh Perspective.
For our Hot Springs.
Our Neighbor
Our Voice
Our Mayor
CAMPAIGN PRIORITIES

For far too long, decisions by our government have been made without listening to "We The People," instead relying on tax-paid consultants to guide our city.
As your neighbor, I am running for mayor to be your voice.
*Holding town hall meetings will be a priority. Listening to your ideas, questions, and concerns; to report back to City Directors.
*Evaluate the potential use of Flock safety cameras by gathering community input, reviewing data from other towns, and determining whether this technology aligns with our local needs and values
My promise:
To keep my neighbors, citizens, residents and community—First in all of my decisions.
A VOICE FOR EVERYDAY CITIZENS

Helping Businesses.
Watching Every Dollar.
Growing Our Community.
A healthy local economy and accountable spending go hand in hand.
Partnership with local businesses - from major employers to neighborhood shops - remains a priority, paired with careful oversight to ensure every public dollar is used responsibly.
City spending should reflect the same responsibility and care that taxpayers use with their own budgets.
Transparency in the use of tax dollars is essential, along with steady support for the infrastructure that businesses and families depend on. Encouraging new investment in Hot Springs requires clear processes and incentives that promote sustainable community growth.

Community-first approach.
Animal welfare
& population control.
Caring for pets is a priority for many families, yet rising living costs have made affordable spay and neuter services difficult to access.
Advocating for a dedicated on-staff spay and neuter veterinarian at the Hot Springs Animal Control Department, supported by sliding pay scale, could make this essential care more accessible.
Combined with strong support for local rescues, these measures can help reduce the community's feral animal population and save animal lives across neighborhoods.

is a devoted mother, happily married for 33 years to her husband, Craig. For nearly two decades, she has owned and operated Churchill’s Fine Cigars in Hot Springs, now located on East Grand. Her business will celebrate its 20th year in October—proof of her deep commitment to our community, her work ethic, and her long-term stability. These are the same qualities she’s ready to bring to City Hall.
Deb is not a career politician.
She’s a neighbor and a small business owner who understands the everyday lives of Hot Springs residents. Her campaign is built on the real priorities of the people: fiscal responsibility, public safety, and sustainable growth. She’s running for mayor to challenge the traditional “good‑old‑boy” network and to insist on equal enforcement of rules and codes for every citizen and every business across our community.
For Deb, supporting the community is hands‑on work, not just talk. She donates her time with canning food for local nonprofits and helping to teach canning classes.
When she isn’t working, volunteering, or campaigning, Deb enjoys the quiet peace of gardening and tending to her koi pond.
Join us in electing a mayor who listens, cares, acts, and delivers for all of Hot Springs.
